EXTENSION PROGRAMS

We work to raise public awareness for organic agriculture, and provide farmers with effective guidance for organic farming practices. Extension Programs provided by CORE based on our strategy of:

• Identifying the need for extension services.
• Training of extensionists and farmers.
• Identify and collect information about farmer categories from Ministry of Agriculture.
• Select the farmer category to work with.
• Create methodology for each farmer group.

We are also interested  in improving the farming practices through:

• Understanding the dynamics of traditional practices .
• Identifying and disseminating good agricultural practices.
• Identifying and scaling up farmer innovation.
• Improving agriculture practices and developing new agricultural practices.
